Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Cream margarine and peanut butter. Add eggs and combine well. Then cream the peanut butter mixture with sugar.
Sift flour with salt and baking soda. Add to the peanut butter mixture. Combine well and add vanilla.
Roll teaspoons size dough balls.
Flatten dough balls to 1/2 inch thickness with a floured spoon.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until edges are slightly browned. Let cookies cool on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes.
