Which baskets does this liner fit?

Rectangle and square baskets, including one you already own. It is sewn to the outside length, width and height you enter, with elastic around the top to hold it in place and no openings for handles. It is not made for round, oval, corner or triangle baskets.

How do I measure my basket for the liner?

Measure the outside of the basket: the length and width across the top, and the height from the bottom to the top edge, in whole inches. The liner is sewn to fit those numbers.

Wash it in cold water and tumble dry on a cool setting, or let it air dry. It is sewn from pre-shrunk cotton broadcloth, and cold water and a cool dryer keep its fit.

What colors are the custom liners?

Cream, wine, blue, green, white, gray and black.

Can I order a basket and a liner together?

Yes. The custom rectangle basket page offers a liner sewn to the same size as the basket you build there.

How long does shipping take?

Standard free shipping arrives in 3 to 5 weekdays. Finished baskets in the Shipping Barn are sent out right away. Rush delivery is delivered in 2 to 4 weekdays. Special orders and custom sizes take 3 to 4 extra weeks before shipping.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! Enter your message in the "Order Notes or Gift Message" box during checkout. No invoices or pricing information is included in the shipped box. Receipts go only to the buyer's email.

What is your return policy?

This liner is sewn to the measurements you enter, so it is the one item we cannot take back, as a one-off size cannot be resold. Everything else you order is covered by our no-questions-asked returns. If your liner arrives damaged or is not made the way you ordered it, we put that right at no cost to you, and every basket carries our lifetime guarantee.
