Now you can have a custom corner wicker basket, woven to the size you choose, that will complement your rustic, western, primitive, or country decor in any room of your home or office. Design a corner wicker basket with a curved front, from small to large or any whole-inch size in between. Great for hundreds of possible uses from clothes hampers to trash cans to cabinet decorative baskets and much more. Each basket is woven from durable rattan wicker and comes with a solid wood bottom for lasting durability. Your custom woven basket will be completely hand woven in the traditional Amish basketry fashion from durable rattan reed by one of our Amish basket weaving families and will supply you with years of rustic charm. Each custom size basket is made in the USA, hand woven in the Heartland and signed by the Amish Crafter.

CUSTOM BASKET SIZING NOTES:

NOTE: As you know, your basket will be hand-woven and its size may vary slightly due to the nature of the handcrafting that will be done to create your basket. Please allow up to 1/2" in size variance when ordering (up to 3/4" on large sized corner baskets).

Measurements are on the outside of the basket, taken across the top.

To Order: Simply select the length of each straight side of your corner basket, the height, and the trim color for your basket.

Length: This is the distance from the corner and to the outer edge of each straight side of the basket.

Height: Always measured from the bottom to the top of the basket.

The Curved Front: The two straight sides meet at a square corner in the back, and the front is a quarter circle. Every point along the front is one side length from the back corner, so the basket reaches farther forward at its center than a flat front would. Measure straight out from the back corner of your shelf to its front edge, or to the inside of a cabinet door when it is closed; that depth needs to be at least the side length you order. Both sides are always the same length.

Flat Front Instead? For a corner shelf with a straight front edge, or a cabinet door that closes in front of the basket, choose our triangle basket, whose front is flat.

Options for Your Custom Corner Basket:

Leather Pull Handle: A centered leather pull handle on the curved front lets you slide the basket out from a corner shelf. Corner baskets do not take carrying handles, since they do not balance when lifted by the sides.

Lift-Off Lid: A wooden lid shaped to the curved front keeps what you store out of sight.

Trim Colors: Choose wine, blue or green trim, or more than one, woven into a band around the middle of the basket with a little at the top, or no trim for a plain basket.

Protective Feet and Brass Plate: Protective feet add about 1/4" to the height, and an engraved brass plate carries up to two lines of your own words.
