Party Mix

This week’s recipe comes from Mrs. Dora Yoder. Her Party Mix made an appearance at the Borntrager district’s post-Christmas potluck this past Sunday. It disappeared almost as quickly as it was set out. The mix is one of those easy favorites that families reach for during Winter visits, game nights, and Sunday afternoons when neighbors stop by without much notice.   Mrs. Yoder has been making this recipe for years and shared it in the hope that others might enjoy it as much. It is the kind of snack that fills a table with friendly chatter and gives children and adults something to nibble on while they catch up. The ingredients are simple, the steps are easy, and the end result is a warm, crunchy mix that feels right at home in any kitchen.
