Ham Balls

This week's recipe comes from the kitchen of Mrs. Ervin, known to most of her friends as Rosie Gingerich. Ham Balls are a dish that often shows up at gatherings in her community, especially when families want something hearty to feed a crowd without much fuss. The mixture of ham loaf, hamburger, and graham cracker crumbs creates a texture that holds together beautifully, and the sauce adds a sweet, tangy flavor that many Amish families enjoy.
