Cream Cheese Sandwich Filling

This week’s recipe comes from Mrs. Lamar Eash, who has made this sandwich filling for many gatherings over the years. She mentioned that it always seems to disappear quickly, especially once the fresh Summer tomatoes are ready. Many homes in the community keep a bowl of this mixture in their ice house during the warm months because it makes an easy lunch for children who come in from outdoor chores or for anyone needing something simple before heading back to work.
