Will it fit my toilet tank?

The basket is 16 inches long and 7 inches wide, so it sits on a tank lid with about that much flat surface. It is 6 1/2 inches tall.

Two large rolls of toilet tissue and a square box of facial tissues, or three rolls when nobody needs the tissues. The lift-off lid has an oval opening so the tissues come up through it, and the lid hides whatever else you keep in there, which is why some owners use it for washcloths or small toiletries.

Is there anything on the bottom to protect the tank?
