This is the traditional Easter basket: round, with the handle arched over the middle and room for a child's whole Easter. Mary bought it for a first Easter and wrote, "It is the perfect Easter Basket size." Until 2021 this basket was sold as the Large Round Easter Basket. The size names moved down a step that year and the baskets kept their measurements, so a large round bought before then is this basket. The Medium Oval Easter Basket is the same depth at 14 x 10 1/2; the Small Round is 10 1/2 inches across and today's Large Round 14 1/2. The sizes are the outside of the rim, and every basket is woven freehand, so allow about a half inch either way.

The engraved brass plate takes a name, a date or a short line, up to 22 characters on each of two lines, and is screwed to the front band with two small brass screws before the basket ships.
