What comes with the bracket?

The four screws that fasten it to the birdhouse bottom. The four screws or bolts for your wall, post, fence or tree are not included, since they depend on what you are mounting it to.

The wall plate is about 2 inches tall and 2 5/8 inches wide, which fits a 4 x 4 post, and the arm is 10 inches long, so the house sits out from the post.

Which birdhouse does it fit?

Our Rustic Bird House. The square plate at the end of the arm screws into that birdhouse's wood bottom, and holding the house still is the point, since songbirds nest only in a house that is mounted solidly.

Songbirds such as wrens and chickadees nest only in a house that is mounted solidly, and holding the house still is the job this bracket does.
