This mending basket measures 11 1/2" in diameter and 5" tall, making it spacious enough to hold your scissors, thread, needles, buttons, yarn, and other sewing notions. An optional lid and removable fabric liner are also available. The optional liner is machine washable and made from cotton broadcloth, the same material the Amish use to make their dresses. This unique sewing storage basket has a round shape and a flat bottom to sit stably on any surface, and its tapered design makes it easy to pick up and carry with you.
