Mrs. Lamar Eash was kind enough to write down her Rhubarb Cobbler recipe for us to share. Mrs. Eash has made this cobbler for years, often doubling it when she knows extra visitors will be stopping by. Spread rhubarb on bottom of greased cake pan.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, butter and salt.

Add flour, baking powder and milk.

Spoon over rhubarb.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt.

Sprinkle over rhubarb and batter.

Pour water evenly over all.

Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°.
