This handwoven small wicker dog bed is a perfect way to complement the rustic, western, primitive, or country decor in any room of your home. It features a low dip in the front, nearly 4 inches tall, so even an aging senior dog or a short-legged little one can step in and out, while the back and both ends stand full height as a backrest. The sides are straight, so the 23 1/2 by 17 1/2 inch size is the whole footprint, top and bottom, which helps when you are fitting it beside a bed or into a corner. It is woven of rattan reed over hardwood posts and sits flat on its solid wood bottom; protective feet, four glides about a quarter inch tall, are optional on this page for a finished floor. The Small Dog Bed Pillow, a hand-sewn Sherpa fleece cushion cut to fit this bed, is optional on this page too and can be added later on its own. Cats take to these beds as readily as dogs.
