How do I get the WELCOME sign from the photos?

It is the optional engraved solid brass plate, chosen on this page with the words you want. A plate can also be ordered on its own later and added to the basket.

Can it hang outside, and can I use fresh flowers?

It can hang outside with a light coat of clear satin polyurethane spray before it goes up, renewed about once a year. Owners fill it with fall flowers, sunflowers, dried flowers and greens; keep water out of the basket itself, since the weave is meant to stay dry.

Are the measurements inside or outside?

Every measurement we publish is the outside of the basket, measured across the top where it is widest.

How long does shipping take?
