Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Set aside. In a separate bowl mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, and cream of celery soup. Add vegetables to chicken and mix (if using frozen vegetables make sure they are defrosted and drained).

Preheat oven to 400*. Mix chicken with vegetables, cream of chicken, and cream of celery soup. (If using frozen vegetables, make sure defrosted and drained).

Pour chicken and vegetable mix into greased 9×13 pan. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package direction and top casserole.
